500m Benchmark for Beginners
With Team RoBox, you'll enjoy creative workouts with defined and undefined rests using a variety of functional strength and mobility exercises. Intensity through 5 Heart Rate Bands (UT2, UT1, AT, TR, AN) is demonstrated using your guided MHR%, 500m, 2000m or Max Wattage. We think side-by-side rowing with the 'target pace boat' is an extremely valuable tool in obtaining goals by 'maturing the heart muscle'.
As a bonus, our studio workouts are scheduled 'LIVE' with ErgZone, so you can join in on the fun with others!
