Today's workout is yet again a D-category workout. Endurance Training. Steady-state and strength. 2 x (10min + 6min)/4min rest 10min in rate 20 6min in rate 22 . The workout rewards 507 points, a bit lower than the Rojabo Index 600. Enjoy.
