This week's [Long] Workout is a Bike Erg Session.
The warm up will be a 5min Power Ramp, if you're not connecting via ErgZone+ or using an FTP score, start at an easy split/power and increase gradually each minute for 4minutes, the final minute consists of 2 x 10sec effort | 20sec easy, this concludes the 5min warm up.
