Our 5k program launches this weekend! Here's a sample workout from week 1. Consider signing up as a member if you'd like to work through the full 10 week training cycle. --- Interval Distance 4x 1500m/rest 3:00 ~70% rate 24 2k PB pace + 11-12 seconds to start. Increase pace throughout, if possible.
