Challenge 3: Metronome
21 minutes increasing your stroke rate by 3 strokes every 3 minutes.
Choose your starting stroke rate and row down the 21 minutes increasing your stroke rate at 18-15-12-9-6-3 minutes left. The first split sets and remains the reference for the following 6 ones.
Goal: Row the maximum distance respecting the 7 stroke rate increases.
Score: Total distance minus 30 meters for each stroke rate average that doesn’t respect the increase.
