In this workout - we'll RowAlong together as I attempt to row enough calories to offet 4 bottles of Corona beer. (600 Kcal).
We'll do this one as "Performance Endurance" style.
4 mins at 2K+5-7 with 3 minutes rest.
I'm going to assume that 8 intervals will be enough for this. But we'll see!
