Challenge 2 : Yin-Yang
Rules: Period: 1 July to 31 July Races format: 3 min at 30 and above strokes per minute / 1 min rest / 3 min at 15 strokes per minute and below Goal: Row as far as you can but make also sure you row the exact same distance between the 2 x 3 minutes… Score: Total distance over 2 x 3 min minus 5 meters for each meter difference between the 2 pieces Example: 856 m + 860 m = 1716 m – 4 m difference x 5m = 20 m penalties ==> Final result 1696 m ⚠️ Note: The workout is loaded on ErgZone for convenience, but participants must register and report their results on the official World Rowing platform. 🔗 Official Competition Page: https://worldrowing.com/event/2025-world-rowing-virtual-series/
