This is a new collection of RowAlong workouts designed less around performance goals, and more around fitness goals.
Although I’ll still give a 2k pace, guide, this is meant to be done as heart rate zone training.
As such, this row, should be done in Zone 2 (UT2) and not exceeding that zone.
