100 meters, 30 sec rest, 900 meters, 30 sec rest, 900 meters, 30 sec rest, 500 meters. Standing start for the first interval, rolling starts allowed for the rest. The idea behind the numbers is that our team was founded in March 1995, so it is our 30th anniversary this year.
