Do these at your preferred pace, with off the rower exercises in between. I do this for HYROX training, so in between I do 4 x 10m Sled push and pull 75m Farmer Carry 40m Lunges (20kg) 30 wall balls 20m Burpee broad jumps But you only have a max of ten minutes to do the above exercises between rows. Take any remaining time as a rest.
