Row 30 minutes as you wish. My plan was to do this at 20spm and 2K+15 or faster. But a niggle injury to my ribs meant I dropped the draga and the pace right down. This was done as a race on ErgRace at the same time. So if you're rowing along to the video, that's why there are no metrics on screen, as ErgRace doens't upload stroke info.
