Coach Loïc is there to get you fitter and faster! The weekly programming is designed to help you get faster over a range of distances, with sessions you can choose from. The sprint and endurance programming consists of 7 sessions you can pick from: 1 hard sprint 1 short sprint 1 2k pace 1 5k pace 1 longer intervals 2 long endurance Workouts are labelled « endurance » or « sprint » to allow you to pick sessions from the programme you want to follow. Loïc Schalbetter is 2x World Rowing Indoor Champion and has helped athletes to countless personal records and World Records from 100m to the marathon.
