Lu Training Plan Each week from now until the event, we will share a workout with you. https://www.classy.org/event/26-lu-2025/e619698 About the event: We invite you to support our third 26-point LU: A Marathon of Meters to support Camp Lucy. Camp Lucy is a free 10-day learn-to-row camp for girls that uses rowing as a way to learn social-emotional skills and life skills. Inspired by the legacy of Lucy Pocock, Camp Lucy uses fitness and interactive activities to help campers learn about themselves as individuals and as part of a greater team. As Camp Lucy participants learn to try new things, they will gain an "I Can Do That!" mentality, and recognize the many ways that they are strong, powerful, supported, and brave! What is 26-point LU? 26-point LU is an indoor rowing event in which teams will compete for the most meters rowed! Sunday, February 9th: 10am - 1pm Seattle, WA & Virtually Once the event starts, teams will have 2.5 hours to attempt their maximum meters, splitting up the rowing however they see fit. Teams can set one of three goals for themselves within the time; 1. Full Marathon (42k) 2. 3/4 Marathon (31k) 3. Half Marathon (21k)
