28/5/23 ROW ERG This week's "Long" Workout is nice and simple! 4 x 1500s This is one of the shorter sessions, but we'll add some intensity targets and focus on technique and breathing. 1500s are fairly short, but 6KM is enough to get some tempo work in the bank. Rest between intervals is 90 seconds and Rate is 18 for the first interval, then Open for the 2nd, 3rd and 4th. Target Pace will be 2k+14s
