March's Workout is:
30 minutes of continuous intervals…
10x 0:20/rest 0:40
10x 0:30/rest 0:30
10x 0:40/rest 0:20
💡 Here is a rough pacing suggestion:
Part 1 - between 1k and 2k pace
Part 2 - between 2k and 5k pace
Part 3 - around 5k pace or as fast as you can manage
⏰ One Month to Complete: Remember, the challenge closes March 31st at 11:59 PM GMT.
