This month, we’re dialing up the intensity with structured FTP intervals:
5 x 3-minute intervals at 105% of FTP (1 min rest)
5 x 2-minute intervals at 110% of FTP (1 min rest)
5 x 1-minute intervals at 115% of FTP (1 min rest)
🎯 Resistance: 8 on all intervals
