WARM UP,
750 Meter Paddle,
250 Sprint,
Repeat.
Make sure you do a nice long warm up before going into this workout. The goal is to maintain the sprint speed throughout the 8000 meters, so don't fly and die on the first one. The paddle isn't suppose to be zero pressure it should be about a 65%d steady state pace.
