Dueling Flywheels
Do 6 rounds of 1000 meters alternating Row/Ski with 1 minute to switch machines. You decide whether you do a total of a 6k or 12k!
On both machines go at a steady, challenging pace. No Ski ERG? Sub in a run or bike in for the time it takes you to row a 1k.
