Tips:
- Work your strength with a strong push on the 2 minute intervals
- Focus on the speed and a quick catch on the 1 minute interval
- Watch your ratio on the speed intervals: should still be a 1:2 even though it's quicker
- Use the rest time to hydrate, recover, and prepare for the next round
