Our full 1k training cycle begins this week! A great time to join the crew and prepare for the upcoming World Sprints in November. --- Stamina 5x 250m/rest 3:30 115-125%+ 1k target pace (2k -4 to -6) or faster. Increase pace throughout, if possible.
