Row a simple 30 minutes at 20spm. The intention is to row around 2K+18 pace (5-6/10 effort level) but I'm covering the pace info of my screen to see how my natural pace sits, and also to see what my consistency is like. Which is why this is set to 2 minute splits, to make it easier to compare.
